The website was developed to enable detection of fire blight on apple leaves by measuring spectral signatures (2 models) and multispectral imaging with a Parrot SEQUOIA camera (1 model).

In order to obtain the result, the data (signature or brightness value of pixels in the photo) should be prepared in the form of:

Select the appropriate data source from the list of models. Then the prepared data should be pasted into the text window (step 1/3).

Import the data

 

After sending, the data will be checked. If data is missing in the required ranges, the system will return an error message. Each model has a reference value against which other values are calibrated. If this value is not sent – the system will not calculate the indicators.

Positive and negative validation of the data.

If it is possible, then in step 2/3 the submitted data should be completed in the form. After approval, fire blight detection rates will be calculated.
